Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer a flat rate shipping of $10.00 for all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
USA Desi Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
